Soap Making Workshop | Mother's Day (morning class)
Sunday, May 12, 2019 | 10 am - 1 pm
Join us on Mother's Day as we demonstrate how to make two kinds of soap- a glycerine based melt and pour soap and a traditional cold-process soap using natural oils, tallow and lye. Taught by Kathrin & Andrew from Toronto's 'For The Love of Body'.
We’ll discuss how to infuse soaps with different healing properties, which oils to use and various soap-making techniques. Then we’ll make soap together and you’ll have the opportunity to add natural scents and exfoliants to your own mold of soap!
You’ll leave with an instructions booklet and several bars of soap.
Instructors Kathrin and Andrew are a multi-talented duo who enjoy teaching others about yoga, nutrition, herbs, foraging and making body care products. They were recently featured in the Toronto Star for their creative classes. And always, they offer full follow-up support to help you become a soap-making master!
Save on registration when you sign up as a pair! $65 per guest or $120 for two guests. Please note the participants first and last names in the comment box at checkout.
