Join Holistic Nutritionist Andrea Barbuto CNP., and learn how to make your own probiotic rich lacto-fermented vegetables.

You will leave this workshop with:
- two jars of ferments of your own creation,
-a booklet with instructions and some of our favourites recipes -the confidence to start fermenting at home like a pro!

We'll also provide delicious samples of fermented vegetables for inspiration, and a taste of miso infused bone broth compliments of Heatherlea Farm!

Join us as we explore the health benefits of fermenting your own food, and the best ways to incorporate them into your diet!

Heatherlea's workshops are limited in class size to create an intimate experience. Get engaged, ask questions and laugh with your classmates. Our classes are filled with fun and give you lots of useful knowledge to take home!
